Every bond has a thread
Sometimes it's quiet. Sometimes it is incredibly strong and loud. But no matter how it presents itself, it is always profoundly meaningful.
Every session is guided by your animal. They always have a choice in what they share, which gives them the freedom to bring forward what they feel is most important for you to hear right now. Sonja's role is simply to listen and relay what they wish to communicate.
What a Connection Session looks like

You book & share
Book your session through Calendly, then email a clear photo of your animal along with any areas you'd like to focus on.

Sonja connects first
Before your call, Sonja spends dedicated time connecting with your animal. Introducing herself, asking their permission, gently checking in with them physically, and exploring the areas you'd like to focus on.

You talk it through
During your scheduled call, Sonja shares the messages and insights your animal brought forward, allowing the conversation to unfold at the pace your animal set.

Seen, heard & honored
Before disconnecting, your animal is always given the opportunity to share any final messages. Every session ends with the intention that both you and your animal feel seen, heard, and honored.

About Sonja
It began with LunaSonja's own horse, Luna, is one of those quietly powerful bonds. It is because of her that the door to listening to animals in this way was first opened.
One of the things animals have shown Sonja again and again is that the bond we share with them is never random, and sometimes a session reminds us just how deeply our lives are threaded together.
