Connection Session
Connection Sessions create a space to listen more closely to your animal and deepen the connection you already share.
Whether you come with specific questions, something you’ve been trying to understand, or simply a desire to hear what your animal has to say, each session is given the freedom to unfold in its own way. Your animal guides the conversation, choosing what they wish to share, what they are comfortable exploring, and what they feel is most important for you to hear in that moment.
These sessions can bring clarity, reassurance, a deeper understanding of your relationship, and sometimes an entirely new perspective on the animal beside you.
My intention is simple: that both you and your animal leave feeling seen and heard.

- Book your session through Calendly, then email wisewonderings@gmail.com a clear photo of your animal along with any areas you’d like to focus on.
- Before your call, Sonja spends dedicated time connecting with your animal. Introducing herself, asking their permission, gently checking in with them physically, & exploring the areas you’d like to focus on.
- During your scheduled call, Sonja shares messages & insights your animal brought forward, allowing the conversation to unfold at the pace your animal set. Choose from a traditional phone call or a recorded Zoom call.
- Before disconnecting, your animal is always given the opportunity to share any final messages. Every session ends with the intention that both you & your animal feel seen, heard, & honored.
For the whole family
Family Connection Session
In this session Sonja will connect with your animals, up to two animals, and receive messages from them.
These sessions are guided by your animals and move fluidly through concerns you bring forward and messages they feel important to bring forward at this time. Each animal is given their own space to be heard, choosing what they wish to share and what they feel is most important for you to hear.
A Family Connection Session is best if you want to check in on a couple items per animal.

For the tender seasons
Transition of Life Session
Transition of Life Sessions offer a gentle, supportive space to connect with your animal during the tender time surrounding their transition from the physical world.
Together, we listen to what your animal wishes to share. Their feelings, needs, comfort, perspective, and any messages they may have for you. These conversations can offer clarity and reassurance while honoring both your animal’s experience and the human heart that loves them.
There is no rush, pressure, or expectation for what the session needs to be. There is simply space to listen, remember, ask questions, and honor the deeply rooted connection you share.
Because the thread between you does not end when their physical body leaves this world.

- Before disconnecting, your animal is always given the opportunity to share any final messages. Every session ends with the intention that both you & your animal feel seen, heard, & honored.

A Connection Session creates the foundation for understanding what you and your animal may need next. When something calls for deeper exploration or support, these sessions offer space to follow where that thread leads.
Energy Healing
A session devoted to your animal’s energetic wellbeing, guided, as always, by what they need and are open to receiving. Where a Connection Session listens, an Energy Healing Session tends.

Connection Check In
For returning clients only. A check in from our last session to see how things are going and to address new concerns. These sessions are guided by your animal and move fluidly through concerns you bring forward and messages they feel important to bring forward at this time.
You may choose up to two animals that Sonja has already connected with. If you are choosing two animals, please limit your questions to no more than six per animal, and be sure to list the name and gender of both animals when booking.
$80 · 30 minutes · Book a Connection Check In
All sessions are done by connecting with your animal’s energy, from a distance. Your animal doesn’t need to be present with you during the call, and photos don’t need to be recent or spotless, just clear. Connection Sessions with animals who have passed are welcomed beginning 30 days after their transition. For animals approaching transition, on the day of transition, or within the first month afterward, please see Transition of Life Sessions above.
